Hair cuts and tadpoles

So it's that time of the year in Louisiana.  HOT.  We decided to clean outI the pool and get it ready for summer.  Little did I know this meant after draining most of the water, I would be getting in the stagnant, frog/tadpole infested water.  Yeah it was as gross as it sounds, but I scooped out all the leaves and frogs.  Cool thing I learned while scooping up hundreds of tadpoles is that their bellies are iridescent and actually kind of neat.  Ew is still my final thought of cleaning out a pool.  This winter we will have a cover. ha

Speaking of summer and trying to stay cool, I got Ethan's hair cut.  I had decided I wanted to buzz it for summer, much to the dismay of my mother and father-in-law.  They were afraid it wouldn't look good, but in case you haven't seen my son, he would look cute bald.  He's adorable.  Just saying.  But as usual, I did what I wanted and got it buzzed.  And he looks adorable.  Thank you very much!!!!

In an effort to not make people want to go blind when they see me in a swimsuit, Darren and I bought bikes.  So hopefully I willl lose some weight with all the riding around.  If it works, I will post pics! If not, I will let you save you save your sight.
